About the Doctor

A precise, research-based approach — led personally by Dr. Blanchard, every visit.

Core Chiropractic was built around one idea: that corrective chiropractic care should be gentle, specific, and delivered by the same doctor from your first visit to your last — never handed off to a technician.

Dr. Josh Blanchard, D.C.

Dr. Josh's path into chiropractic care started with a low back injury on the basketball court in high school. A handful of visits later, he was back to normal — and spent the rest of high school returning periodically for what he still calls a "tune-up." That firsthand experience is part of why he built a practice around getting people back to their lives quickly, not keeping them on a treatment plan longer than necessary.

He earned his Bachelor's in Kinesiology — Human Movement from Louisiana State University, then went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia.

"My job isn't to keep you coming back forever. It's to find exactly what's misaligned, correct it precisely, and get you back to the life you actually want to be living — golf, travel, grandkids, whatever that looks like for you."

— Dr. Josh Blanchard, D.C.

That philosophy shapes everything about how the practice runs: every adjustment, every therapy, every visit is handled personally by Dr. Blanchard — you're never passed to a rotating technician.

Our Technique

Precision over force, every time.

Activator Methods™ Technique

An FDA-approved, hand-held adjusting instrument delivers a faster, more precise, and more accurate correction than manual adjusting — with none of the twisting or popping sound most people associate with chiropractic care. Dr. Blanchard trained extensively in this technique and uses it as the foundation of his practice every day.

  • More precise and accurate than manual adjusting
  • No twisting or forceful positioning
  • No cracking or popping sounds
  • Gets you feeling better more quickly

Webster Technique

Dr. Blanchard also trained in the Webster Technique, a specialized approach most commonly used to support pelvic biomechanics. It's one more example of the same underlying philosophy: safe, gentle, and specific care rather than generic, one-size-fits-all adjusting.

Dry Needling

Thin needles are inserted directly into tight muscle bands and trigger points to release tension, reduce pain, and restore mobility. It's often used alongside adjustments to address the muscular tightness that develops around a spinal issue — not just the joint itself.

Graston Technique

An instrument-assisted soft tissue technique using specialized stainless steel tools to detect and break up scar tissue, muscle tightness, and fascial restrictions. It's particularly effective for speeding recovery from old injuries and chronic tightness that hasn't responded to stretching alone.
